It is good to learn how to meditate and to breath slowly so that the body may become used to betting the signs of stress and anxiety and be calm even at the home front and also at the workplace and research has indicated that if an individual does some meditation each day, it stops the feelings of anxiety and one may become resilient to getting stress because the neural pathways in the brain is altered by the meditation and doing meditation is so simple in that one only needs to close the eyes and focus on a subject of choice and recite some words like I feel at peace, I love myself and then place ne hand on the belly and breath slowly and all other thoughts are discarded away and one feels like the are floating in the air.

It is possible to beat the feelings of anxiety by trying to be calm and confident in everything one does and sleeping for about eight hours a night makes the mind and the body to fell more relaxed, calm and tress-free.
